Paradigm Park is a creative studio exploring how design can help us live and imagine differently. Working across physical and digital contexts, we use participatory art and design to build systems of beauty and care—brands, stories, spaces, and experiences that nurture health, wellbeing, and collective meaning. We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer who shares our belief that digital environments should serve humanity, not capture attention. This role is ideal for a designer fluent across web, brand, and digital product design, and who is curious about how digital experiences might extend into physical environments, from spatial storytelling to interactive installations.
This position will begin as a three-month contract-to-hire, structured as a period of mutual exploration and alignment. During this time, we’ll collaborate closely to assess fit across creative approach, working style, and shared values—with the intention to transition into a full-time role if it’s a “yes” on both sides.
You’ll work directly with our Founder and Creative Director, Rachel Brandenberger, helping to shape Paradigm Park’s digital practice, design systems, and creative culture. This role is remote, with opportunities for in-person collaboration if based in NYC.
Our practice operates at the intersection of design and wellbeing. While our design capabilities span disciplines, our domain focus is specific: we work where personal health, community connection, and environmental context meet. We study the upstream determinants of health, both visible and invisible, and design interventions that reshape how people access care, experience space, and connect with one another.
Because of this focus, our work spans client collaborations and in-house experimental projects. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to both.
As our first full-time design hire, you’ll help lay the foundation for Paradigm Park’s digital practice—crafting experiences that honor care, beauty, and interconnection. By joining at this formative stage, you’ll directly shape the studio’s creative culture and help prove that design grounded in wellbeing can also perform socially, financially, and ecologically.
